Reba Faye French

Mrs. Reba Faye Potts French, age 85, of Big Sandy, TN passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at Jackson Madison County Hospital in Jackson, TN.  She was born on January 12, 1936 in Benton County, TN to the late Herman Potts and Flora Phifer Gilbert, also preceded in death by a grandchild, and a brother, J. C. Potts.  Reba was a homemaker and a member of Bakers Chapel United Methodist Church in Big Sandy.

Husband: Robert J. French of Big Sandy, TN

Son: Wayne (Rhonda) French of Olive Branch, MS

Richard (Tammy) French of Big Sandy, TN

Daughter: Beverly (Scott) Barnes of Murray, KY

Sister: Bobbie Gibler of Big Sandy, TN

Grandchildren: Five

Visitation with the French family will be Friday, April 30, 2021, from 5-8PM at Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home in Big Sandy, TN.  Visitation on Saturday, May 1, 2021, will resume at Bakers Chapel United Methodist Church from 12 noon until service time at 1 PM.

Funeral services will be Saturday, May 1, 2021, 1 PM at Baker’s Chapel United Methodist Church with Bro. Keith Nation officiating, burial to follow at Bakers Chapel Cemetery.
